Welcome back from Fast Weight Loss Pills – Lose Weight Fast – Part 2. I’m so glad to see you are still with us! Provided you now understand the key to true weight loss, the rest of these articles might be the most important of the series. This is where we are going to talk about the “nuts and bolts” if you will, of the basic way that our bodies work and how to capitalize on it. We will also discuss some ways to fine tune your plan so that you get the fastest results possible on your journey to freedom from fat!


The quickest way to freedom will be to use a three prong attack against our fat. The three prongs are:

1. Diet – This will be the most important of the three, and it always seems to be the toughest challenge for all of us. But many times, and you may have experienced this yourself, those of us who are overweight don’t eat anymore than people who are not overweight. In all reality, we need to eat more! We’ll discuss this in more detail in a bit. Now on to prong two.

2. Exercise – We all shudder when we hear that word. OK, maybe not all of us,but a large majority of us do. I can almost hear some of you saying “ahh crap!, I knew this was too good to be true. He wants us to exercise – I’m outta here”. Hold on, wait until we go through some discussion on this topic in a little bit. You need to understand, this 3 prong attack on fat will need to be customized to you and your needs. There are some of us who really can’t exercise because of health reasons. Does that mean this won’t work for them? NO! It will work for them, because we are going to customize it for each of us as needed. I would caution you at this point that just because you don’t want to exercise doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. It is a very important part of the plan even if some of us who currently don’t have the ability medically to participate. We’ll discuss this in further detail in a bit.

3. Supplement Assistance. There it is. What we have been waiting for this whole time. For you to tell us the weight loss pills to take. If you are thinking this right now then you didn’t grasp the answer. If you don’t grasp the answer you will never be completely successful in the fight against your fat. Never. That being said, weight loss pills can also be an important part of your plan. But if you really want to lose weight fast, then it cannot be your plan.What we need to understand to make a great weight loss plan for ourselves is how our bodies work to process what kind of fuel we put into them.
